Dr. Rodriguez’s career has been highlighted by an active involvement in point-of-care echocardiography education – both in the US and in Latin America – through the SCCM, WINFOCUS and the Harvard Medical School Department of Continuing Education. He is currently the lead educator for transthoracic echocardiography education at BMC for the Department of Anesthesia and the Department of General Surgery, Division of Acute Care Surgery. He has been awarded multiple resident teaching awards.
Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in anesthesiology and critical care medicine. He holds an active testamur status for both the National Board of Echocardiography PTeXAM (TEE) and ASCeXAM (TTE).
